Jordan Cahoon

My name is Jordan Cahoon and I am the Family Connections Wellness Coach at Central Elementary and L.T Westlake. This is my second year in this role, and I hope to continue to build and grow the connections I have made with my school communities. Before coming to Horizon, I worked at Holy Spirit School Division for 7 years as an Educational Assistant, with over 8 years working in a school, I cannot see myself in any other setting. I believe in my ability to foster growth, independence, resilience, building and maintaining healthy relationships, and so much more. In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, playing disc golf, guitar, and being with my family. I hope that I can connect with all of you. Have a great year!
