CUPE, Horizon, reach settlement
LETHBRIDGE – CUPE Local 3203 and Horizon School Division have reached a tentative agreement to renew their collective agreement. The agreement covers about 200 employees of the school division.
CUPE says it will put the deal to members for a vote on April 17th. No details of the agreement will be released until then.
The union and the division are pleased that the bargaining, which has been on going since November of 2024, appears to be coming to a conclusion without the need for escalating action.
CUPE local 3203 and Horizon school Division are looking forward to continued collaboration in improving the working conditions for all employees.
