Alberta Education Mental Health in Schools Pilot Project: Leadership Well-being

Horizon School Division Administrators (Principals) took part in the Alberta Education Mental Health in Schools Pilot Project: Leadership Wellbeing. This project empowers school leaders, staff, students, and the community to collaboratively foster a healthier, more supportive educational environment, enhancing both academic success and overall well-being.

Klaas Hoekstra, Administrator (Principal) of Taber Christian School says, "We need to chase the right questions, not the right answers. The Mental Health in Schools Project has allowed school leaders to talk about the barriers and challenges to finding joy in our calling."
